Working principal

Some industrial process need a very pure nitrogen flow.in order to remove the residual oxygen from nitrogen that leave the psa unit, it is possible to use a deoxo unit. the deoxo unit is composed by: -

                                - Catalyst reactor

                  -  Dryer column

to remove the residual oxygen in the nitrogen that leave the psa, it is necessary a combustion reaction.  as the amount of oxygen is little, to have the reaction of combustion is necessary a catalyst. The hydrogen fed to the deoxo to remove the oxygen is controlled in flow and pressure automatically.
