Working Principal of Nitrogen Gas Generator CU-DX Model
As working Principal of Nitrogen gas Generator – CU-Dx Model, First Nitrogen to be achieved 99.9% by Standard Model of Nitrogen Gas Generator.
This Nitrogen with Purity of 99.9% to be passed through Tower filled with Copper catalyst at 180 Degree Cent. to reduce the Oxygen from 0.1% to PPM
2Cu + O2 = 2CuO
After 4 hour Cycle time Changeover will take place and running tower will be in regeneration phase and regenerated tower will be in line to produce pure Nitrogen, for regeneration of Copper Oxide pure nitrogen with hydrogen to be passed at 175 deg Cent through Copper Oxide tower and achieved Pure Copper as per following reaction
Cu + H2 = Cu+H2O
After this reaction Nitrogen achieved by 99.9998% say 2PPm but as you see in reaction some of water moisture is generated as 2h2o to remove this moisture and Achieved desired Dew point Gas is passed through Gas Dryer
